Edible Flowers Workshop with Stefani Bittner
Join garden designer and author Stefani Bittner for a hands-on workshop exploring the beauty and flavor of edible flowers. Learn how to grow, harvest, and arrange stunning blooms that are as delicious as they are beautiful. Stefani will guide you through her favorite varieties, share tips for cultivating them at home, and demonstrate how to create artful floral arrangements that can be enjoyed both visually and on the plate.
Each participant will create their own edible flower arrangement to take home. All materials provided.

Celebrate Mother’s Day Weekend at the Garden!
Embark on a botanical adventure in our fragrant and edible flower workshop with esteemed local landscape designer and author, Stefani Bittner.
During the workshop, participants will delve into the fascinating realm of fragrant, edible flowers and herbal tea plants, discovering their culinary and aromatic potential. Learn how to identify, select, and use these botanical treasures to enhance your culinary creations and elevate your senses.
Through engaging demonstrations and guided instruction, you’ll uncover the art of using these flowers in bouquets. Participants will craft a small bouquet using an assortment of fragrant and edible flowers to take home.
As you immerse yourself in the workshop, indulge your senses with the captivating aromas and textures of various flowers and tea plant examples. Gain insights into the cultivation and history of herbal tea plants, expanding your knowledge of this beloved beverage you can grow in your own backyard.
Garden admission, refreshments and small take-home bouquet included. You are welcome to stay after the workshop to enjoy a stroll among the beautiful spring blooms.
Option to buy The Fragrant Flower Garden book in advance with registration at the Member’s rate, tax included, $20. Stefani can sign it!
