Join garden designer and author, Stefani Bittner, and Rose Loveall, owner of Morningsun Herb Farm, for a magical summer evening celebrating herbs, botanicals, and booze in Vacaville.

As the sun sets on a hot August night, you'll sip your way through garden-inspired cocktails like a refreshing Hugo Spritz, a floral Lavender Aviation, and a bright vodka-based Lemon Verbena creation—each highlighting herbs fresh from the garden.

Then cool off with a tasting of herb-based ice creams: Bourbon Chocolate Mint Chip and Negroni Sorbet. These are decadent, grown-up treats designed for warm summer nights.

You’ll learn how to make these drinks and desserts at home, get tips on growing your own cocktail garden, and leave inspired to throw your own botanical happy hour.
